Past, Present and Future

I walk down the same street
But to a different destination,
I walk down my past 
To my future,
Something I will help create.
What will it hold?
What challenges will I face?
I do not know.
But I do know that
My past will change my present,
My conscience will altar it too,
My present will change my future;
Nothing is certain at all.
