Game, set, match,
A player howls in annoyance,
As another cheers in victory.
This,
 Is,
 Modern,
 Tennis.

I look at the hills far away,
Wondering which way to go.
Our Sat Nav is telling us to go to space,
Deep space,
Where I don't know.
Looking at this car-filled road,
Then at our old, beautiful car.
Right then I hoped we where in time for lunch,
At home.

The sky is empty,
Not a cloud in sight,
It looks so sunny,
But here I am,
Shivering,
Shivering,
Shivering. 

I wonder,
When it would be Summer.
When its hot,
And I can wear shorts.
And there would be no school.
Instead,
At the beginning of April
I`m shivering,
Shivering,
Shivering,
Wondering when the heat would come.

Where is this world coming to?

COP-26 did not do enough,
The next generation will struggle to survive,,
Why are you putting pressure on us kids?
When is global warming be defeated,
 or are you going to put up your feet and watch?
The world will not magically fix itself,
So why do you ignore  such an outrageous problem?

I know covid slowed us down but it doesn’t mean that we stop.
We are having the hottest heatwaves ever,
Have you even noticed?

We must work together,
And freeze the temperature of Climate Change.

Do you ever want an idea,
But you can't get it?
Have you ever sat there at the blank page,
Wondering where to begin?
Don't just sit there,
Look around and you will get an idea.

Deep in my dizziest dreams,
My eyes sense the sun light as if the sun ray was beads.
The alarm beeps, the sun beats, the cars bleep.
My eyes wide open,
I jump out of bed,
Not a part of me is tired.
Stretch, stretch, stretch.
The world is beginning to wake up and I exclaime ,"It's morning again!" with a big grin on my face.

Trees are empty,
Snow is hopeful,
Sunshine is often,
The rainclouds are sometimes,
The winter is here.

Some hope for snow,
Some hope for rain,
Some hope for sunshine and the the overcast.
The winter is here.

Birds fly away,
Replaced by others,
Others hibernate,
Others don't,
Everyone has a routine for the winter.
The winter is here.

The winter is a season.

Try too hard and you won't get,
Barely and will slip away,
It doesn't need to rhyme,
You don't need to sing,
All it need is to have a rhythm.

Oh poet, teach me something please,
From the other side of the universe to the sun,
From tree to tea,

A cloud that hovers over you,
Hurts happiness,
Gloom takes over.
